Return and Exchange Policy
At Blanche Global, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns Due to Change of Mind:
- Returns for change of mind are accepted if the request is made within 14 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and must arrange their own shipping for the return.

Exchanges:
- You can exchange your item by visiting our Blanche Global Outlet. Simply bring your purchase invoice to the outlet, and we will help you exchange your item.
- For returns and exchanges by courier, once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and send the replacement item to you.
- Return/exchange shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Products:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and process your exchange or return free of charge.

Refunds:
- Once your return is received and accepted, a store credit will be issued for the value of the returned goods.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
